The year I came down with Lyme Disease, I read only one book, The Fellowship of the Ring.
Became my mantra. But the funny thing was--the more I wandered the more lost I became.
For nearly a decade I threw myself at everything and everyone but me. My jobs were fun and fulfilling, but detrimental to healing. Every relationship drained me, and lead my partners to depression. (Gentleman callers--this is your official warning). There were too many late nights, too many shots of whiskey, and too few hours of sleep.
At the end of 2015, I woke up--quite literally and began to throw away my belongings. Friends thought I was on the fast track to suicide, I thought I was drowning in a life I didn't understand. So, one day at a time, I'm finishing my twenties finding my identity, defining my values, and living an intentioned life for the good of my body and everyone else's.
I'm here to help, it's pretty much what I live for. Whether your journey is like mine or you live a super sweet life of relaxation and abundance, I promise to help you create space and find joy, one gluten free meal at a time.
